Every monemme. piece is backed by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty against manufacturing defects.

What's Covered

Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty covers defects resulting from the manufacture or craftsmanship of your jewellery.

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, contact us at info@monemme.com.au and we'll arrange for your jewellery to be assessed.

Where we determine that an issue is covered by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty, we'll arrange an appropriate remedy.

What's Not Covered

Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty does not cover damage or deterioration that does not result from a manufacturing defect, including:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Loss or theft

  • Damage caused by impact

  • Scratches or dents resulting from wear

  • Misuse or improper care

  • Damage caused by chemicals or inappropriate cleaning

  • Loss or damage resulting from failure to have a loose or damaged setting, clasp or component inspected before continuing to wear the jewellery

Australian Consumer Law

Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
